When I place my order how long before I receive it?
All orders placed on thehurlingstore.ie are printed individually, so we need a little time to prepare them. At certain times of the year we can get very busy (Christmas, after Bank Holiday weekends, All Irelands, etc) so the leadtime (time from ordering to product being shipped from us) can be extended. Please note, if you require your order by a specific date it is always best to contact us directly rather than placing your order online. That way we can advise you if it will be with you in time. We have noted below the current leadtime for all orders, this changes regularly depending on time of year and how busy our print shop is. It’s always best to check this date before ordering.
Current Order Leadtime:
4-6 working days
i.e if you placed your order on the 1st of June would be shipped on the 4th of June with a 1-2 day delivery thereafter (applies to Rep of Ireland orders only, all other destinations subject to typical delivery times) If we are not busy orders sometimes will be delivered quicker. If you requested a proof or mock up this may add 1-2 days onto the delivery.
All courier orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this may take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.
Why do you need my phone number when I’m placing my order?
In the event that your parcel can’t be delivered the courier will call the number provided and try to arrange delivery with you. This helps to avoid your parcel being returned to us. (Republic of Ireland deliveries only). Any parcels that have not been picked up at your local depot will be returned to us. In order for us to resend them you will have to pay for delivery again.
